1 — COLLABORATIVE SPACE
Cuarto Veintitrés aims to be a space to create community and synergies between artists, creative people or people from any field who are looking for a place to work and develop both professionally and personally.
We love to see how work and support networks are being intertwined between the people who share this space. We firmly believe in the importance of the collective within this highly individualized society, which is why we not only offer the space as an office but also create a meeting place for workshops, markets, and other small cultural events.

2 — HOW DOES IT WORK?
Cuarto Veintitrés' working hours are flexible, we have an autonomous entry and exit system so you can choose your own timetable, we’ll show it to you during your first day, it’s super easy!
It’s important that you keep in mind that we have yoga classes every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 7:00pm. In case you need to continue working, you can stay in one of our rooms while doesn’t disturb the class. If you want to join any class, you can see all the info here :)
The weekends are usually reserved for creative and cultural activities, so the availability of the workspace will revolve around said activities. If the space is free, it’s all yours!
To reserve your spot, all you have to do is open the calendar that we’ll share with you and sign up for the days you want. The sooner you do it, the better!
3 — WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO FIND?
— A common area with individual and shared work desks.
— A meeting room. Don’t worry if it’s being used because you can make short calls in the common or outdoor area.
— A large outdoor area with space to work and/or have a coffee. Perfect for getting some fresh air and disconnecting for a little while.
— An adapted bathroom and office area, sink, refrigerator, microwave. Bring your tupperware! :) There’s water, coffee and tea.
— Wi-Fi connection, an alarm, and security cameras.
— Pet friendly space, as long as your pet is friendly.
4 — WHICH PASS/VOUCHER IS BEST FOR YOU?
* monthly pass — 150€
Come as many days as you want and in addition, you have the right to storage and to choose a fixed spot.
* 10 days pass — 90€
Perfect for people who work from home a few days a week.
* 5 days pass — 60€
Maybe you don’t have as much flexibility but you want to disconnect from your usual job from time to time.
* day pass — 20€
Well just that, for single days.
5 — PAYMENTS & EXPIRATION
All passes are monthly, that is, they’ll be redeemed between the 1st and the 31st of each month. If you do not use or finish it, it will be lost. If once your days have been consumed (with your 5 or 10 days pass) you need more, the additional days will be 10€.
The voucher payments will be made within the first 5 days of each month or before your first booked day via bank transfer (ES29 0073 0100 5107 9003 7051 - Elena Casanova). If the payment is not made, work spaces will not be reserved. Extra days will be paid in advance.
For 5 and 10 days passes, if you need us to storage your screen, computer or any other stuff you must pay a 20€/month extra.
6 — WHERE ARE WE AND HOW TO GET TO US?
Calle Hermanos Puelles, Bajamar, right in front of the church and just a few feet away from the stairs that go down to the beach and the pools.
The bus stop is just above on the main street. The 105 and 050 are direct bus lines to and from Santa Cruz and La Laguna. There are also places to park nearby.
There’s a pharmacy, and a café in the same building, and different places to eat, some of which are very delicious, not too far away.
